Becoming Catholic
The process one goes through in order to become Catholic is called RCIA which means the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. Below are common questions asked of us. Please contact us for additional information.
What is RCIA?
RCIA is a process, not so much a program but a journey of faith. It is centered on fostering a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and the Church He founded. The process provides individuals the opportunity to become part of the Catholic Church, and receive the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Eucharist, Reconciliation, and Confirmation. (see another part of this website explains each of those sacraments).
